Project Overview
The City of Box Elder is embarking on a safety initiative aimed at reducing traffic fatalities and serious injuries. The initiative, Safe Streets for All Safety Action Plan, uses a combination of data and community input to prioritize roadway safety projects that addresses safety challenges for all roadway users- drivers, pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users, mobility device users, etc. You are invited to share your ideas and areas of concern!
How to Get Involved
Think about how you use the road. Are there safety concerns you have? Have you been involved in or witnessed any crashes or near crashes? Are there places you would use the road if there were appropriate facilities such as sidewalks, ADA ramps, pedestrian crossings, etc?
Ultimately, we want to make Box Elder a safe place for ALL roadway users. And to do that, we need your help!
